As Facilitator, trainer and consultant I support the development
of schools and related institutions from the inside.
Introduction of professional tools and methods, e.g., for project management.
I provide input for changes of structures in individual systems and for using available
resources in the respective environment.
I develop and present concepts for conferences and seminars such that the participants broaden their
professional horizon and reflect on their specific roles as
supervisors, teachers, students and partners within the system.
